Similar to a mint meltaway, our Pinwheels are filled with dark chocolate peppermint ganache and hand-painted with red and white stripes to resemble festive peppermint swirls. Unlike many of our ganache items, these Peppermint Pinwheels are made with a touch of coconut in place of the usual cream, creating a deliciously rich, spectacularly dense dark chocolate ganache that is not only shelf stable, but also made without dairy!
