Peer-Led Meditationn
Peer led silent mindfulness meditation group. We hope to bring the joys of meditation to everyone through a stress-free, friendly environment. Meditation can improve mood and brain health. If you need or want instruction, please arrive 5 minutes early for instruction. All experience levels invited. We will hold a brief introduction, then sit together. If you have your own cushion please bring it, but some will be available to borrow.
